Grammatical units
toh sabse pehle hum samajhte🤓 hain ki grammatical units kya hote hain.
words, phrases, clauses aur sentences grammatical units kehlate hain. inhein maine ek-ek karke acche se explain😉 kiya hain jiske ke liye aap scroll down⬇️ kar sakte hain.
Word
word ko hum hindi🇮🇳 me शब्द kehte hain. word ko hum aise bhi samajh sakte hain ki jab ek se zyada english letters aapas me milte hain aur unka koi matlab banta hai toh veh ek word kehlata hai😗.

Phrase and Clause
hum phrase ka istemal karte hain kisi clause ko banane🏗️ ke liye.
Ex:-

yahan noun phrase You subject hai clause ka.
🥭aamtaur par ek clause me ek subject aur ek verb hote hain, lekin inke alawa bhi aur phrases ho sakte hain.
aap agle example me dekhoge👀 prepositional phrase ek adverbial ke taur par:-

Sentence
Ek sentence sirf ek clause bhi ho sakta hai.
Ex:-

Ek sentence capital letter ke sath shuru hota hai aur full stop par khatm hota hai.
Lekin ek sentence me ek se zyada clause bhi ho sakte hain. Jinhein jodne ke liye hum and ka istemal kar sakte hain.
Ex:-
I went🚶 to a newspaper shop🛒 and bought🛍️ a newspaper🗞️.
